摘要
分析对比了由碳原子数分别为10~13的四种烷基苯磺酸(C_(10)~C_(13))混合而成的两种乳化剂(E_(1)、E_(2))对丁腈橡胶NBR3355的50 min 300%定伸应力(σ)、拉伸强度(τ)和扯断伸长率(λ)等力学性能及扭矩(F_(L)、F_(H))、硫化时间(t_(25)、t_(50)、t_(90))等硫化特性的影响。结果表明,相同乳化剂制备的NBR3355的σ和τ及λ各自比较接近,扭矩和硫化时间均有微小波动,但E_(1)和E_(2)两种不同乳化剂制备的NBR3355性能比较,σ_(2)和F_(H2)分别低于σ_(1)和F_(H1),τ_(2)、λ_(2)和F_(L2)分别高于τ_(1)、λ_(1)和F_(L1),t_(25-2)、t_(50-2)和t_(90-2)分别长于t_(25-1)、t_(50-1)和t_(90-1)。
In this paper,the effects of two emulsifiers(marked as E_(1) and E_(2))mixed with four alkyl benzene sulfonic acids with alkyl carbon atoms of 10~13(marked as C_(10)~C_(13))on the mechanical properties such as 50 min 300%tensile stress(σ),tensile strength(τ)and elongation at break(λ),vulcanization characteristics such minimum torque(F_(L)),maximum torque(F_(H))and vulcanization time(t_(25),t_(50),t_(90))of nitrile rubber NBR 3355 were analyzed and compared.The results showed thatσ,τandλof NBR3355 prepared by same emulsifier were relatively close,and the torque and vulcanization time were fluctuate slightly.But the comparison of NBR3355’properties prepared by different emulsifiers showed thatσ_(2) and F_(H2) were lower thanσ_(1) and F_(H) 1.τ_(2),λ_(2) and F_(L2) were higher thanτ_(1),λ_(1) and F_(L1),t_(25-2),t_(50-2) and t_(90-2) were all longer than t_(25-1),t_(50-1) and t_(90-1) respectively.
