超临界流体循环废旧橡胶

摘要 综述了国内外超临界流体处理废旧橡胶的技术和方法,重点阐述了超临界二氧化碳、超临界醇类、超临界水和超临界甲苯等在废旧轮胎橡胶脱硫再生和液化解聚等方面的研究,以及脱硫再生装置的发展。高效节能、绿色环保的超临界流体技术有望成为废旧橡胶循环的发展方向。 In this paper,the technologies and methods of waste rubber treatment by supercritical fluid were reviewed.The studies of supercritical carbon dioxide,supercritical alcohols,supercritical water and supercritical toluene in the fields of devulcanization and depolymerization of waste tire rubber were emphatically introduced.The development of devulcanization equipments was also discussed.Supercritical fluid technology with high efficiency,energy saving and green process is expected to be a development direction of waste rubber recycling.
