摘要
基于“理论导研、实践强研、课外拓研、网络助研”四位一体的研究型教学模式,充分利用已有的桥梁学科实习基地进行全面的校企合作,挖掘企业在本课程中的主观能动性和参与积极性。通过在桥梁实习过程中有组织地设计实践环节、有针对性地构建实习内容、优化环节间的串联关系、调整小组团队形式的研学考核模式等方面入手开展教学改革建设,进一步优化“桥梁实习”课程中的各种实践教学模式,加强该课程理论与实践的融合建设,重点以问题为导向,实现该课程实践环节在教学内容、教学方法、考核模式、学生主动探索能力培养等方面的进一步改革创新,积极创建基于“四位一体”研究型教学思想的校企合作类桥梁实习课程的全新模式。
Based on the four-in-one research teaching model(4R)of“theoretical guided research,practiceenhanced research,extended extracurricular research,and network-assisted research”,we make full use of the existing bridge discipline practice base to carry out comprehensive school-enterprise cooperation,and explore the subjective initiative and participation enthusiasm of enterprises in this course.In the process of bridge practice,we began to carry out teaching reform and construction from the aspects of designing practice links in an organized way,construct practice content in a targeted way,optimize the tandem relationship between links,adjust the research and study assessment mode in the form of team,further optimize various practical teaching modes in the“Bridge Practice”course,and strengthen the integration of theory and practice of the course.We take the problem as the guidance,realize the further reform and innovation in teaching content,teaching methods,assessment mode,students’initiative exploration ability training and other aspects of the course practice link,and actively create a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation bridge practice course based on the“four-in-one”research teaching ideology.
