新工科背景下学生创新创业思维培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Students’Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking under the Background of New Engineering

随着新一轮工业革命的到来,在国家战略性新兴产业的发展需求下,为满足制造业的高质量发展,高校在为社会输送大量专业型人才的同时,亟须加强工科学生的创新能力和创业精神的培养。长安大学面向新时代绿色发展,将优势学科与新型智能材料相结合,大力发展创新型项目,培养具有新能源材料与器件专业知识、工程技能、创新能力并具有广阔国际视野和综合素质的新工科人才。从全新的角度探讨培养学生创新创业能力之重要因素即企业家精神的培养,以期为其他院校学生创新创业思维培养提供新的启发。

With the advent of a new round of industrial revolution and the development orientation of the national emerging strategic industries,to meet the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,colleges and universities need to strengthen the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of engineering students while providing large number of qualified personnel to society.Facing green development in the new era,Chang’an University combines its superior disciplines with new smart materials,vigorously develops innovative projects,and cultivates“new engineering”talents with professional knowledge,engineering skills,innovation ability,broad international vision and comprehensive quality of new energy materials and devices.This paper discusses the important factor of cultivating students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship from a new view,that is,the cultivation of entrepreneurship spirit,to provide readers a new inspiration.
