摘要
为了适应新时代高等教育要求和高素质人才培养目标,浙江大学组织开展了新时代材料科学与工程专业高素质本科人才培养的教学改革与实践研究,优化重构了面向新时代材料学科国际前沿和国家重大需求的本科人才培养方案和“4+4+4+X”专业课程体系,构筑了面向创新能力持续培养的多层次、递进式“3+3+3+1”专业实践体系,打造出特色鲜明、内涵丰富、感染力强的系列校园文化品牌活动,以及科艺交融、海内外融合的良好育人环境,逐步探索形成“知识传授,能力培养,素质提升,人格塑造”的KAQ2.0人才培养模式,促进了材料专业本科人才培养体系和质量水平的整体提升。
In order to meet the requirement of higher education in the new era and the training goal of highquality undergraduates,Zhejiang University has carried out the research project on the reform and practice in teaching education of high-quality undergraduate for materials science and engineering major in the new era.The undergraduate training program and professional curriculum system of“4+4+4+X”have been optimized to meet the international frontier of materials science and the major national needs.A multi-level and progressive professional practice system of“3+3+3+1”for continuous cultivation of innovation ability has been constructed.Some distinctive campus cultural activities and good education environment integrating science and art have been successfully created.The KAQ2.0 mode of talent training through“knowledge teaching,ability cultivation,quality improvement and personality shaping”has been formed,which has promoted the overall improvement of undergraduate talent training system and quality level of materials major.
