摘要
鸡蛋用性状由遗传和环境共同决定,多数蛋用性状具有中、高遗传力,受遗传影响较大。蛋用性状在遗传上受到复杂的基因网络调控。文章对蛋用性状的遗传参数和重要候选基因的研究进展进行综述,主要包括调控繁殖性能的下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴相关基因和钙磷代谢相关基因,并对未来蛋用性状分子机制研究方向进行展望。
Egg-related traits are affected by genetic and environmental factors in chickens.Most egg-related traits are influenced by genetics with medium to high heritability.They are controlled by complex gene networks in genetics.This article summarizes the research progress on genetic parameters and important candidate genes for egg-related traits,mainly including those relating to the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis that regulates reproductive performance and calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Finally,research trend of the genetic mechanism of egg-related traits is predicted.
