摘要
棉粕是一种蛋白质饲料原料,但含抗营养因子,难以在饲料中广泛应用。为了减少其中抗营养因子,可以对棉粕进行处理,其中微生物发酵法较为有效,经发酵后的棉粕营养价值显著提高,有益于动物生产。该文总结了发酵棉粕的营养特性及其在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为发酵棉粕的研究及应用提供参考。
Cottonseed meal is a protein feed material,but it has many anti-nutritional factors,making it difficult to be widely used in feed.In order to reduce the anti-nutritional factors,treatments should be conducted on cottonseed meal,among which the microbial fermentation method is more effective,and the nutritional value of the fermented cottonseed meal is significantly improved,which is beneficial to animal production.This paper summarizes the nutritional peculiarity of fermented cottonseed meal and its application in animal production,in order to provide reference for the research and application of fermented cottonseed meal.
