历时性与共时性思考--马可·戴齐·巴戴思齐的建筑干预解析

Reflecting on Diachronicity and Synchronicity in the Architectural Intervention of Marco Dezzi Bardeschi

针对当下历史建筑所面临的“冷冻式保护”和“推倒重来式更新”困境,探索如何在历史建筑的保护与更新中既延续“过去”的历史文脉又能适应“现时”的功能需求。引入语言学历时性与共时性的概念作为新视角和切入点,以意大利建筑修复代表人物马可·戴齐·巴戴斯齐的保护性修复思想及其实践作品为例,探究历时性与共时性思想在历史建筑干预中的作用及意义。该思想主张从时间与空间两个维度介入,可以兼顾历史延续与改造需求的问题,能够沉积历史建筑的文化底蕴并赋予历史建筑新的生命力。这种建筑干预理念是全面的、综合的,应用这一理念的干预手段是能够适用于我国历史建筑可持续性存续的有效策略。

Aiming at the current dilemma of “Freeze Protection” and “Surgical Renewal” of historical building, the purpose of this paper is to explore how the renovation of historic building can not only continue the historical context but also adapt to current functional requirements. It introduces the concepts of diachronicity and synchronicity of linguistics as a new perspective. Whilst looking at the ideas and works of Marco Dezzi Bardeschi, a representative of Italian architectural restoration, it explores the role and significance of diachronicity and synchronicity in the renovation of historic building. The diachronic and synchronic thinking advocates intervention from both dimensions of time and space. It considers the issues of history continuation and transformation needs, deposits the cultural heritage of historical buildings, and provides them with new vitality. This architectural intervention concept is comprehensive, and is an effective strategy that can be applied to the sustainable protection of historic building in China.
