摘要
滨水工业遗址街区是宝贵的存量空间资源,对其进行生活化转型改造是现代城市有机更新的重要模式,景观空间的整体营造则是街区成功转型的必要条件之一。以波士顿海军造船厂为例,从景观空间的历史价值保护、场地组织、功能置换和建设管理四个方面,梳理滨水工业遗址街区景观空间的多层次整体营造策略,为国内滨水工业遗址街区的生活化导向更新提供借鉴。
The waterfront industrial site block is a valuable stock space resource. The transformation of it into a living environment is an important mode of organic renewal of the modern city. The overall construction of landscape space is one of the necessary conditions for the successful transformation of the block. Taking the Boston Naval Shipyard as an example, it sorts out the multi-level overall construction strategy of landscape space for waterfront industrial site blocks from the four aspects of historical value protection, site organization, function replacement and construction management of landscape space, and provides a reference for life-oriented renewal of the domestic waterfront industrial site blocks.
