摘要
为保证乙烯裂解炉炉管安装质量,文章基于TRIZ理论对其装配流程进行优化,运用FlexSim仿真评价系统,比较优化前后乙烯裂解炉炉管的运行效果并进行系统分析。研究结果表明:优化后的炉管更换任务工作时间减少且一次成优,生产线平衡率由优化前的67.5%提升为95%,优化效果显著。
In order to ensure the installation quality of Ethylene cracking furnace tube,this paper optimizes its assembly process based on TRIZ theory,and uses FlexSim simulation evaluation system to compare the operation effect of Ethylene cracking furnace tube before and after optimization and carry out systematic analysis.The results show that the working time of the optimized furnace tube replacement task is reduced and the production line balance rate is improved from 67.5%before the optimization to 95%,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
