摘要
在露天矿山生产中,爆破是常见工艺。文章结合实际案例,首先通过振动检测方法设计进行振动传播规律和振动系数的检测;然后根据检测结果提出具有针对性的振动控制方法,一是从爆源进行控制,包括调整爆源分布方式和起爆方向和调整装药结构,二是从传播途径方面进行控制,包括逐孔起爆、严格控制微差时间、设置减振沟;最后采用工程案例的参数对两种振动控制方法进行数据模拟,结果表明这两种控制方法具有可行性,控制效果较好。
Blasting is a common process in open-pit mine production.Based on actual cases,this paper first designs the vibration detection method to detect the vibration propagation law and the vibration coefficient.Then,targeted vibration control methods are proposed according to the detection results.The first is to control the explosion source,including adjusting the distribution mode and initiation direction of the explosion source and adjusting the charge structure.The second is to control the propagation path,including hole-by-hole initiation,strict control of millisecond time,and setting up vibration reduction ditches.Finally,the parameters of the engineering case are used to simulate the two vibration control methods.The results show that the two control methods are feasible and the control effect is good.
