钢筋桁架楼承板可直接在钢梁上安装,完成绑扎、焊接后可浇筑混凝土,不仅效率高、工序少,还有助于提升工程质量,在建筑工程施工中得到广泛应用。基于此,文章以南京市妇幼保健院丁家庄院区建设项目为例,对钢筋桁架楼承板综合施工技术展开探究,首先介绍了其基本施工流程,然后对钢筋桁架楼承板施工要点进行详细分析,阐述了进场与现场存放、吊装、施工准备、排版安装、钢筋桁架楼承板铺设、边模施工与栓钉焊接、钢丝绳、卡扣安装、钢筋绑扎与混凝土浇筑环节的具体操作,以供相关人员参考。

The steel-bars truss deck can be installed directly on the steel beam,and the concrete can be poured after the completion of the binding and welding.It not only has high efficiency and few procedures,but also helps to improve the quality of the project,which is widely used in construction engineering.Based on this,this paper takes the construction project of Dingjiazhuang District of Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example to explore the comprehensive construction technology of steel-bars truss deck.Firstly,the basic construction process is introduced,and then the construction points of steel-bars truss deck are analyzed in detail.The specific operation of approaching and on-site storage,hoisting,construction preparation,typesetting and installation,laying of steel-bars truss deck,side formwork construction and stud welding,steel wire rope,buckle installation,steel bar binding and concrete pouring are described for the reference of relevant personnel.
