摘要 连续墩体系转换结构设计及施工流程是后续钢结构连续梁施工过程中的重要内容,尤其对于呈现出不对称形态的钢结构连续梁壁施工而言,临时支座施工环节是十分重要的施工内容。文章以某大跨度钢结构连续梁桥工程为例,对新型钢砂筒临时支座在连续梁体系转换施工中的应用展开研究,由于传统临时支座具有较大的局限性,因此工程案例选用新型钢砂筒临时支座,详述了其制作方法及注意事项,并分析了应用意义,以此为类似工程提供参考。 The structural design and construction process of continuous pier system conversion are important contents in the subsequent construction process of steel structure continuous beam.Especially for the construction of steel structure continuous beam wall with asymmetric shape,the construction of temporary support is a very important construction content.Taking a large-span steel structure continuous beam bridge project as an example,this paper studies the application of new-type steel sand cylinder temporary support in continuous beam system conversion construction.Because the traditional temporary support has great limitations,the new-type steel sand cylinder temporary support is selected in the engineering case.The production method and matters needing attention are described in detail,and the application significance is analyzed,so as to provide references for similar projects.
