接触网定位装置异常检测方法探讨

摘要 定位装置是接触网链形悬挂结构的重要组件之一,保证了受电弓良好的接触取流。定位装置异常会导致打弓、断线等重大事故,影响列车运行安全。当前,定位装置检测工作普遍存在效率低、工作量大、主观性强等问题。文章对接触网定位器脱落和定位线夹松脱两类典型缺陷的检测方法进行探究,使用目标检测算法对定位装置和定位线夹进行定位,基于Halcon的图像处理算法对定位管、定位器和定位线夹进行提取,通过中值滤波、Sobel边缘检测、线条提取等方法对定位器进行处理,通过细化提取骨架并计算定位器坡度、长度判断定位器是否脱落;以定位线夹到接触线的距离判断定位线夹是否松脱。实验表明,该方法能够快速准确识别定位装置异常信息,为接触网定位装置异常检修提供可靠依据,有效节约人力资源。 Positioning device is one of the important components of catenary chain suspension structure,which ensures good contact current collection of pantograph.Abnormal positioning device will lead to major accidents such as bowing,disconnection,affecting the safety of train operation.At present,the detection work of the positioning device generally has problems such as low efficiency,heavy workload,and strong subjectivity.In this paper,the detection methods of two typical defects of catenary locator shedding and positioning clamp loosening are explored.The target detection algorithm is used to locate the positioning device and positioning clamp.The image processing algorithm based on Halcon is used to extract the positioning tube,locator and positioning clamp.The locator is processed by median filtering,Sobel edge detection,line extraction and other methods.The skeleton is refined and the slope and length of the locator are calculated to determine whether the locator falls off.The distance from the positioning clamp to the contact line is used to judge whether the positioning clamp is loosened.Experiments show that this method can quickly and accurately identify the abnormal information of the positioning device,provide a reliable basis for the abnormal maintenance of catenary positioning device,and effectively save human resources.
