摘要
波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁桥具有优越的结构性能,能够充分发挥预应力混凝土和钢材这两种材料的性能,有效解决了传统预应力混凝土连续梁桥腹板开裂和跨中下挠两大工程病害,在我国具有广阔的应用前景。文章首先简述波形钢腹板液压冷弯成型关键工艺与要求,然后分析波形钢腹板冷弯成型中可能产生的缺陷及原因,最后以减河特大桥波形钢腹板制造工程为例,给出波形钢腹板液压冷弯成型工艺控制措施,包括压型模具改进、成型参数控制和矫正变形,为波形钢腹板加工制造提供参考。
Prestressed concrete composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has superior structural performance,and can give full play to the properties of prestressed concrete and steel,which effectively solves two major engineering diseases of the traditional prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge web cracking and mid-span deflection and has broad application prospects in China.In this paper,the key processes and requirements of hydraulic cold roll forming of corrugated steel webs are briefly described,and then the possible defects and causes in the cold roll forming of corrugated steel webs are analyzed.Finally,taking the manufacturing project of corrugated steel webs of Jianhe Extra-large Bridge as an example,the control measures for hydraulic cold roll forming process of corrugated steel webs are given,including the improvement of molding die,the control of forming parameters and the correction of deformation,which provides references for the processing and manufacturing of corrugated steel webs.
