摘要
铝合金/碳纤维复合材料具有许多优良性能,是实现汽车工业轻量化的有效结构之一。文章以铝合金/碳纤维复合材料激光焊接技术为研究对象,论述了铝合金/碳纤维复合材料焊接技术和外加超声辅助连接过程的国内外研究现状。并对铝合金/碳纤维复合材料激光焊接技术未来应深入探索的问题进行了探讨,以供相关人员参考。
The aluminum alloy/carbon fiber composite material has many excellent properties,which is one of the effective structures to realize the lightweight of automobile industry.In this paper,the laser welding technology of aluminum alloy/carbon fiber composite materials is taken as the research object,and the research status of aluminum alloy/carbon fiber composite material welding technology and ultrasonic assisted connection process at home and abroad are discussed.The problems that should be further explored in the future of laser welding technology of aluminum alloy/carbon fiber composite materials are discussed for the refer ence of relevant personnel.
