摘要 凿岩台车是地下金属矿的重要采矿装备,主要用于地下金属矿钻爆法施工时钻凿炮孔和锚杆孔,数字化和智能化是凿岩台车未来的发展趋势。传统的有人驾驶凿岩台车进行作业时,劳动强度大且存在一定的安全隐患。如何在井下恶劣工况中提高凿岩台车工作效率及安全性、降低劳动强度,是制约井下采矿的瓶颈问题。以传统有人操作凿岩台车为研究对象,利用运动控制、高速通信网络、井下空间三维建模等相关理论和技术,构建了地下金属矿凿岩台车远程自动控制系统,实现了凿岩台车井下作业的智能化。智能化凿岩台车是矿山智能化的重要装备支撑,可以解放劳动力并替代重复性的、简单的、低级的人工劳动,具有良好的安全效益和经济效益。 Rock drilling trolley is an important mining equipment for underground metal mines.It is mainly used to drill blast holes and anchor holes during the construction of underground metal mines.Digitization and intelligence are the future development trend of rock drilling trolley.The traditional manned rock drilling trolley is of high labor intensity and security risks.How to improve the working efficiency and safety of drilling trolley and reduce the labor intensity in harsh underground conditions is the bottleneck restricting underground mining.By using the theory and technology of motion control,high-speed communication network and three-dimensional modeling of underground space,this paper takes the traditional manned drilling trolley as the research object to construct the remote automatic control system of the underground metal mine drilling trolley and realize the intelligent operation of the underground drilling trolley.Intelligent rock drilling trolley,safe and economical,is an important supportive equipment for mining intelligence,which can replace repetitive,simple and low-level manual labor.
