金属纯度智能检测装置的研究

摘要 对于金属元素来说,纯度的改变会影响金属特性。当对一些金属进行纯度检测或者判断它的杂质含量时,不准确的检测结果也会直接影响对这些金属的性能评价,因此研究了一种金属纯度智能检测装置。用电极电导法测量金属-有机溶剂二元溶液体系,在恒流的情况下测量不同金属在浸溶液状态下的电压情况,采用Visual Basic编程语言设计软件,通过串行通信方式对电压和实时温度数据进行采集,对比电压数据曲线从而判断金属的纯度。经过实验测试表明,根据电压曲线区分金属、分析金属纯度的方法是可行的,所提出的分辨金属及检测金属纯度的方法实现了金属纯度检测的智能化、可视化。 For metallic elements, changes in purity can affect the properties of the metal.When testing the purity of some metals or determining its impurity content, the inaccurate results can also directly affect the performance evaluation of these metals, so an intelligent metal purity detection device is studied.The electrode conductance method is used to measure binary solution system of metal-organic solvent, and the voltage of different metals immersed in the solution is measured under constant current condition.Visual Basic programming language is used to design software, and the voltage and real-time temperature data are collected through serial communication, the purity of the metal can be determined by comparing the curve of different voltage data.The experimental results show that it is feasible to distinguish metal and analyze metal purity according to voltage curve.The proposed method to distinguish metal and detect metal purity can realize the detection of metal purity intelligently and visually.
