摘要
针对航天发射场对雷达装备进行综合效能评估时存在过程烦琐和评价结果不够精确的问题,基于执行航天测控(TT&C)任务的跟踪测量数据,建立了严格、准确、多层次的雷达综合效能评估指标体系,给出了改进后的综合效能评估工程化实现方法,采用评价值代替评语集,建立了评价值与评价因素之间的函数关系。实例分析证明该方法简单适用,综合效能评估结果准确、可信,为全面掌握雷达装备长期和短期执行航天测控任务的能力提供了有效的统计分析方法,在装备性能持续优化改进和提高雷达系统健康水平等方面应用效果较好,可在航天发射场其他测控装备中推广应用。
In order to solve the problems of cumbersome process and inaccurate evaluation results in the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of radar equipment in aerospace launch site, based on the tracking measurement data of the space TT & C mission, a strict, accurate and multi-level effectiveness evaluation index system is established, and the improved engineering implementation method of comprehensive effectiveness evaluation is given.The evaluation value is used to replace the evaluation set, the functional relationship between evaluation value and evaluation factors is established.The case analysis shows that the method is simple and applicable, and the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation results are accurate and reliable.It provides an effective statistical analysis method for comprehensively grasping the ability of radar equipment to perform long-term and short-term space TT & C tasks.It has a good application effect in the continuous optimization and improvement of equipment performance and the improvement of radar system health and water equality.It can be popularized and applied in other TT & C equipment in aerospace launch site.
