热电联供汽轮机用供热阀门结构设计及应用探讨

摘要 热电联供,特别是采用“低压缸切缸”改造技术的热电联供,已成为当下的火电发电厂的常见配置,改造涉及的阀门有连通管调节阀、快关阀、抽汽逆止阀、电动隔离阀等。本文首先提出了系统对上述阀门的要求,其次介绍了阀门基于系统要求而进行的结构设计,最后对现场应用出现过的问题进行了介绍,并给出了避免这类问题的建议。 Combined heat and power,especially the combined use of"low-pressure cylinder cutting cylinder"transformation technology,has become a common configuration of current thermal power plants.The valves involved in the transformation include connecting pipe regulating valve,quick closing valve and extraction check valve,Electric isolation valve,etc.This article first puts forward the requirements of the system for the above valves,secondly introduces the structural design of the valve based on the system requirements,and finally introduces the problems that have occurred in the field application,and gives suggestions to avoid such problems.
