According to the control requirements of slurry pump,the design scheme and manufacturing process of hydraulic plate slurry pump control valve were put forward,the structural characteristics and working principle of the valve were described in detail.This paper mainly introduces the double sealing technology and the fast closing and slow closing cylinder technology of the control valve of the hydraulic plate slurry pump,provides the main technical parameters of the series products,and describes the manufacturing process of the main parts.
