秩和比法在医疗机构复工复产工作中的应用

目的应用秩和比法对临床科室复工复产情况进行评价,为医疗机构的绩效管理及运营决策提供数据支持。方法采用秩和比法,用工作量、恢复率和复合增长率三个指标对样本医院临床科室的复工复产情况进行综合评价。结果本次分析将临床科室复工复产情况进行合理排序,并将结果分为复工复产情况较好、一般及待提高三档,分别反映复工复产情况。结果经专家讨论分析,确定排序及分档结果与医院的实际情况基本一致。结论基于秩和比法的综合评价方法能够客观反映各科室的复工复产情况,在推动医疗机构复工复产工作中具有较好的应用价值。

Objective To conduct a comprehensive evaluation on work resumption in clinical departments so as to provide reference for the performance management and operation decision-making in medical institutions.Methods The rank sum ratio method was used to comprehensively evaluate the work resumption in the clinical departments of the sample hospital under three indicators.Results The comprehensive evaluation of work resumption in clinical departments could be divided into preferable,general or relatively poor three grades,which could reflect their work resumption condition.Conclusion The rank sum ratio method can be used to assess the work resumption in an objective way,and is of good application value for promoting resumption of medical institutions.
