Construction and Application Effect of Hospital Fixed Assets Maintenance Information Platform

目的探讨医院固定资产管理维修平台信息化建设内容及应用效果。方法对医院固定资产进行信息化分类管理,通过“码管家”统一编码,在保留现有报修方式上增加移动端智能报修方式,以实现对固定资产报修的闭环式管理。结果自2022年1月到2022年6月,南白象院区报修平台工作总量为41619次,其中网页报修为28145次,扫码报修为13474次,扫码报修率为32.37%。结论医院固定资产维修平台信息化建设及应用可优化资产维修管理流程,提高医院后勤管理水平,加强公立医院内部控制,并可有效对医院的人员进行配置、执行监督。

Objective To explore the content of informatization construction of hospital fixed assets maintenance platform and its application effectiveness.Methods The hospital fixed assets were categorized and managed by informatization,unified coding through code manager,and mobile intelligent repair reporting method was added based on the existing repair reporting methods so order to achieve closed-loop management of fixed asset reporting.Results From January 2022 to June 2022,the total number of repairs reported on the platform in south white elephant campus was 41619,of which 28145 were reported on the webpage and 13474 were reported by scanning QR codes.QR code repair reporting rate was 32.37%.Conclusion The informatization construction and application of hospital fixed assets maintenance platform can optimize the asset maintenance management process,improve hospital logistics management,strengthen the internal control of public hospitals,and effectively allocate staffs and perform supervision.
