摘要
工作压力与职业倦怠之间的关系具有复杂性,两者之间存在着调节性因素。本研究以688名干部为被试,采用问卷调查法检验了宽恕对工作压力与职业倦怠之间关系的调节效应。研究结果表明:(1)宽恕对工作压力与职业倦怠之间关系的调节效应显著;(2)在宽恕的高中低三个水平上,工作压力对职业倦怠的影响作用存在明显不同。因此,在干部群体中,个体宽恕能力培养可能是预防和干预职业倦怠发生的重要策略之一。
The relationship between job stress and burnout is complex,and there are moderating factors between them.In this study,the moderating effect of forgiveness on the relationship between job stress and burnout was examined using a questionnaire survey with a sample of 688 cadres.The results of the study showed that:(1)The moderating effect of forgiveness on the relationship between job stress and burnout was significant.(2)The effect of job stress on burnout was significantly different at three levels of forgiveness:high,medium,and low.Therefore,in the cadre group,forgiveness capacity development is one of the important strategies to prevent and treat burnout.
