摘要
世界磷矿资源将在未来的百年内告急,而污泥中含有的大量磷素是很好的磷资源,但污泥中含水率过高,且含有较多复杂的物质,无法直接用于回收磷素。本文主要介绍了基于磷素回收这一目的的几种污泥预处理方法,包括水热转化法、酸化法和超临界水气化法;比较了鸟粪石沉淀法和吸附法这两种从污泥液相中回收磷素的方法的优缺点,最后对未来污泥中磷素回收技术有关的研究作了简单的展望。
At present, the world’s phosphorus resources will be in short supply in the next hundred years, and the sludge containing a large amount of phosphorus is a very good phosphorus resources, but the sludge containing high water content and more complex substances, is unable to be directly used to recover phosphorus. In this paper, several methods of sludge pretreatment based on phosphorus recovery, such as hydrothermal conversion, acidification and supercritical water gasification are introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of struvite precipitation method and adsorption method for phosphorus recovery from sludge liquid phase were compared. Finally, the prospect of phosphorus recovery technology in sludge was discussed.
