川断、苏木、土匪药计量分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择不同产地的川断、苏木、土匪药三种中草药作为研究对象,测定三种中草药的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素,结果表明,3种中草药燃烧热的顺序:土匪药>川断>苏木;燃烧稳定性排序:川断>苏木>土匪药;脂肪含量(%)大小顺序:苏木>川断>土匪药;灰分含量大小顺序:苏木>川断>土匪药;粗纤维含量大小顺序:苏木>土匪药>川断。燃烧热、燃烧性(中草药的燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素含量多指标的顺序:川断>苏木>土匪药。本研究建立了3种中草药的多指标分析及评价体系,为大规模开发中草药资源以及中草药分类研究提供有力的科学依据。 3 Chinese Herbal Medicines including Himalayan Teasel Root,Lignum sappan and Bandit medicine were selected as the research objects. The combustion heat, combustion stability, fat, ash, crude fiber and trace element contents of 3 Chinese Herbal Medicine were determined.The results showed that the order of combustion heat of the three Chinese Herbal Medicine was Bandit medicine > Himalayan Teasel Root >Lignum sappan;The order of combustion stability was Himalayan Teasel Root > Lignum sappan > Bandit medicine;The order of fat content(%) was Lignum sappan > Himalayan Teasel Root > Bandit medicine;The order of ash content was Lignum sappan > Himalayan Teasel Root > Bandit medicine;The order of crude fiber content was Lignum sappan > Bandit medicine > Himalayan Teasel Root;The order of multiple indexes like combustion heat, combustibility(Chinese Herbal Medicine combustion stability), fat content, ash, crude fiber, trace element contents was Himalayan Teasel Root > Lignum sappan > Bandit medicine. In this study,the multi-index analysis and evaluation system of three Chinese Herbal Medicine established provided a strong scientific basis for the large-scale development of Chinese Herbal Medicine resources and the classification of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
