摘要
以三水合硝酸铜和1,3,5-苯三甲酸(H_(3)BTC)为原料,在高压反应釜中进行反应得到产物晶体Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2),并对制得的样品采用XRD、FTIR、SEM三种常见分析仪器进行测试表征。研究结果表明,当温度为100℃时,晶体结晶度较差,所得晶体形状不规则;当温度逐渐升高时,结晶度较好,晶体呈现规则、理想的八面体形状,但是同时也会有少量的副产物生成;若反应温度继续升高,副产物也会继续增多,影响Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2)的产率。因此在实际制备过程中,要合理控制Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2)的反应温度。
Using copper nitrate trihydrate and 1,3,5-benzoic acid (H_(3)BTC) as raw materials,the product Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2) was obtained by reaction in an autoclave.The resulting samples were characterized by three common analytical instruments,namely XRD,FTIR and SEM.The results show that the crystal crystallinity of the product at 100℃is poor and the resulting crystallinity shape is irregular.When the temperature gradually increases,Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2) has a better crystallinity,and the crystals have a regular,ideal octahedral shape,but there are also a small number of by-products are generated.When the reaction temperature continue increase,the generation of by-products will also increase,and the synthesis efficiency of Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2) will be affected.Therefore,in the actual production process,the reaction temperature of Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2) should be reasonably controlled.
