摘要
从中国、美国、新加坡以素养为导向的数学课程改革来看,美国21世纪学生核心素养本质上是为升学和就业做准备的高阶技能,其“数学实践标准”带有强烈的实用主义取向。新加坡与中国的核心素养都是以人为中心。新加坡以价值观为中心的核心素养注重人的知识、技能和品格培养,其数学课程强调大概念整合以及基于问题解决的知识、技能、态度、过程和元认知能力发展。中国核心素养以人的全面发展为宗旨,其数学课程的“三会”核心素养坚持价值理性和工具理性的统一。国际比较的经验不仅为我国数学课堂落实核心素养提供借鉴,更增强我们的文化自信,促进我国数学课程改革在素养为本的新时代继续立足强基、发展特色与实践创新。
From the perspective of the competency-oriented mathematics curriculum reform in China, the United States and Singapore, the 21 st Century Competencies in the United States are the higher-level skills to prepare students for higher education and employment, and the Standards for Mathematical Practice of American mathematics curriculum has a pragmatic value orientation.Core competencies in Singapore and China are people-centric.Singapore’s value-oriented key competencies focuses on the development of knowledge, skills and character, its mathematics curriculum emphasizes the big ideas and the knowledge, skills, attitudes, processes and metacognitive abilities based on problem solving.Core competencies in China take the all-round development of people as its purpose, and thecore competencies of mathematics curriculum adhere to the unity of the value rationality and instrumental rationality.The comparison of international mathematics curriculum reform not only provides enlightenment for the implementation of core competencies in our mathematics classrooms, but also enhances our cultural confidence, and promotes the mathematics curriculum reform in our country to develop our own characteristics and practical innovation with a solid foundation in the new era of quality-orientation.
