何以为师?——兼论教师身份伦理本体的澄明与重构

摘要 对教师是谁的追问,实际上是对何以为师的追问。本体即是事物存在之根源,是其所是之说,教师身份的伦理本体是何以为师的根本所在。教育目的的伦理规定是教师身份伦理本体的逻辑起点,师生关系的伦理纬度是教师身份伦理本体的表现形式,教师专业实践的伦理道德性是教师身份伦理本体的动力系统。然而,教师身份的伦理本体隐退主要表现为:工具性凸显与教师自我意义感的隐退,技术性凸显与教师伦理精神的隐退,专业性凸显与教师人文素养的隐退。何以为师?以传统师德为基因,以时代伦理精神为命脉,以人文素养为底蕴,成为教师身份伦理本体的未来重构之路。 The question of who a teacher is actually is the question of what makes a teacher.Noumenon is the root of the existence of things and the theory of what they are.The ethical noumenon of teacher identity is the root of what makes a teacher.The ethical requirements of educational purpose is the logical starting point of the ethical ontology of teacher identity;the ethical dimension of teacher-student relationship is the manifestation of the ethical ontology of teacher identity;the ethical morality of teachers’ professional practice is the power system of the ethical ontology of teacher identity.However, the withdrawal of teachers’ ethical noumenon is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the rising prominence of instrumentality and the decreasing teachers’ sense of self-significance, the rising prominence of technology and the withdrawal of teachers’ ethical spirit, the rising prominence of professional quality and decreasing importanceof teachers’ humanistic quality.What makes a teacher?The future reconstruction of the ontology of teachers’ identity ethics needs to take traditional teacher morality as its gene, the ethical spirit of the times as its lifeline and the humanistic quality as itsfoundation.
