摘要
介绍了针对塔河油田集输管线采出液高CO_(2)、高H_(2)S、高H_(2)O、高Cl^(-)、高矿化度、低pH值的“五高一低”高腐蚀性及集输工况高温、高压的特点,采用正交试验,根据极差数据离散分析开发出一款高性能无溶剂纳米防腐涂料,专门适用于管道内防腐,各项性能远高于油田行业标准。
According to the characteristics of high CO_(2),high H_(2)S,high H_(2)O,high Cl^(-),high salinity,low pH value and high corrosiveness of the extracted liquid of Tahe oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines and high-temperature and high-pressure gathering and transportation conditions,high-performance solvent-free nano anticorrosive coatings were developed by orthogonal experiment and range analysis.The coatings are suitable for anticorrosion in pipelines.The properties are much higher than oilfield industry standards.
