摘要
开发了一种膨胀型涂料,将其喷涂于钕铁硼基体表面制得涂覆可膨胀涂层的磁钢,在一定条件下加热膨胀。利用SEM分析了膨胀前后涂层的表面和断面形貌,测试了涂层膨胀前后的粗糙度、膨胀后耐蚀性和耐温性,研究了自由膨胀率和高温推力的影响因素。结果表明,当涂层为150μm,膨胀条件为200℃保温30 min时,自由膨胀率高达258%,且当涂层厚度/发泡间隙比为1~2时,高温推力在0.6~0.8 MPa范围内,膨胀后涂层具有良好的耐蚀性和耐温性。
A kind of intumescent coatings was developed.The intumescent coatings were painted on the surface of the neodymium iron boron substrate to obtain a magnet with expandable coatings.The magnet was heated under certain conditions to expand freely.The surface and cross-section morphology of the coatings before and after expansion were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the roughness before and after expansion,the corrosion resistance and temperature resistance after expansion were tested.The factors influencing the free expansion rate and high temperature shear were studied.The results show:when the coatings are 150μm and the expansion condition is 200℃for 30 minutes,the free expansion rate is as high as 258%,and when the coatings thickness/foaming gap ratio is 1~2,the high temperature shear is in the range of 0.6~0.8 MPa.The coatings after expansion have good corrosion resistance and temperature resistance.
