防静电耐磨聚氨酯地坪涂料的研制及应用

Development and Application of Antistatic Wear-resistant Polyurethane Floor Coatings

以异氰酸酯三聚体改性的聚异氰酸酯树脂为地坪涂料A组分;以羟基丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,与耐候颜料、单壁碳纳米管、玻璃微珠、分散剂、耐磨助剂、溶剂等复配为地坪涂料B组分;m(A组分)∶m(B组分)=1∶1得到常温固化双组分地坪涂料。该地坪涂料具有突出的耐磨性、优异防静电性及具备防滑抗燥等性能;并且固含量高,对环境污染小,符合国家环保要求。

Polyisocyanate resin modified by isocyanate trimer is used as component A of floor coatings;hydroxyl acrylic resin is used as film-forming substance,and weather-resistant pigment,single-walled carbon nanotubes,glass microbeads,dispersant,wear-resistant additive,solvent,etc.are compounded with it into component B of floor coatings;two-component floor coatings cured at room temperature were obtained,m(component A)∶m(component B)=1∶1.The floor coatings have outstanding wear resistance,excellent antistatic property,and anti-skid and anti-drying property and have high solid content with little environmental pollution,meeting the national requirement of being environmentally friendly.
