摘要
中国古代书院在千年的历史积淀中形成了具有中国特色的书院精神和书院制度,其兼容并包的理念、讲会制度下的学术自由、学生全人格的培养、师生关系的融洽和环境育人功能的彰显等都是我国书院教育的宝贵文化遗产。为了我国现代教育改革的深入开展,为了传承和发展中国优秀传统文化,需要汲取、凝练、总结古代书院的精神和智慧,为现代大学书院制教育探索寻求启迪、借鉴和思考。
Chinese ancient academies have formed the spirit and system of academies with Chinese characteristics in the course of thousands of years of historical accumulation.Their inclusive concept,academic freedom under the lecture system,the cultivation of students'full personality,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and the demonstration of environmental education function are all valuable cultural heritage of Chinese academy education.In order to carry out the modern education reform in China and to inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture of China,we need to learn,refine and summarize the spirit and wisdom of ancient academies,and seek enlightenment,reference and thinking for the exploration of modern college education.
