生产性服务业集聚对经济效率影响研究——以安徽省为例

Research on the Impact of Producer Services Agglomeration on Economic Efficiency--Taking Anhui Province as an Example

区域经济效率水平受到产业发展的影响,生产性服务业在产业结构中比例越来越大,其集聚程度对经济效率作用凸显。文章对安徽省生产性服务业集聚和经济效率水平现状作描述性统计,选取安徽省16个地级市历年数据以区位熵测算集聚水平,以DEA-CCR法测度经济效率,采用系统GMM法加入经济发展水平、城镇化率、政府规制和科技水平为控制变量予以实证研究。结果显示生产性服务业集聚对经济效率具有先抑后扬作用,经济发展水平、城镇化率和科技水平起到促进作用而政府规制为抑制作用,据此提出促进生产性服务业高效合理集聚、加快城镇化建设推动人才集聚和加大科技投入、政府科学引导产业规划、激发市场主体活力等建议。

The level of regional economic efficiency is affected by industrial development.Producer services account for an increasing proportion in the industrial structure,and its agglomeration plays a prominent role in economic efficiency.This paper makes descriptive statistics on the current situation of producer services agglomeration and economic efficiency level in Anhui Province,selects the data of 16 prefecture level cities in the province over the years,calculates the agglomeration level by location entropy,measures the economic efficiency by DEA-CCR method,and makes an empirical study by using systematic GMM method with economic development level,urbanization rate,government regulation and science and technology level as control variables.The results show that the agglomeration of producer services first suppresses and then increases the economic efficiency,while the level of economic development,urbanization rate and scientific and technological level play a promoting role,while the government regulation plays a restraining role.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward,such as promoting the efficient and reasonable agglomeration of producer services,accelerating the construction of urbanization,promoting talent agglomeration and increasing scientific and technological investment,scientifically guiding industrial planning by the government and stimulating the vitality of market subjects.
