摘要 随着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的构建,调峰形势不容乐观,储能作为优质的调峰电源,可缓解电网调峰压力。目前储能参与调峰辅助服务项目造价普遍较高,且收益受政策和市场环境影响较大,合理的经济性评估对推动项目建设具有重要意义。文章提供了一种储能参与调峰辅助服务项目经济性评估分析方法,内容包含全寿命周期成本(LCC)分析、市场调峰容量需求分析、储能参与调峰辅助服务经济性模型构建等,分析得出结果如下:通过全寿命周期成本分析可知,目前磷酸铁锂电池应用于调峰项目全寿命周期费用最低,其次为全钒液流电池,具体选型决策应根据实际LCC分析结果确定;以某地区储能参与调峰辅助服务为例进行测算,100 MW/100 MWh磷酸铁锂电池项目年调峰收益2340万元,项目投资回收期13.5年。文章所做工作对评估储能参与调峰辅助服务项目投资和决策具有一定的参考价值。 With the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body,the peak regulation situation is not optimistic.Energy storage,as a high-quality peak regulation power supply,can relieve the peak regulation pressure of the power grid.At present,the cost of energy storage participating in peak regulation auxiliary service projects is generally high,and the benefits are greatly affected by policies and market environment.Reasonable economic evaluation is of great significance to promoting the project construction.This paper provides an economic evaluation and analysis method,including life cycle cost(LCC)analysis,market peak regulation capacity demand analysis,and energy storage participation in peak regulation auxiliary service economic model construction.The results are as follows.LCC analysis indicates that the application of lithium iron phosphate battery costs the least,followed by vanadium flow battery,while the choice should be made according to LCC analysis.Take the participation of energy storage in peak regulation auxiliary services in some region as an example,the annual peak regulation income of 100 MW/100 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery project is 23.4 million yuan,and the project investment payback period is 13.5 years.This paper has certain reference value for evaluating the investment and decision-making of energy storage participating in peak regulation auxiliary service projects.
