摘要
针对丁页10井地质特点和钻井难点,提出了钻井液技术对策,引入多元协同强封堵技术和弹性孔网堵漏技术,进行了油基钻井液高效重复利用实验评价和现场应用。丁页10井水平井钻井液现场应用情况表明,多元协同技术可显著提高封堵性能,增强井壁稳定效果;弹性孔网堵漏技术对裂缝性漏失堵漏效果好,堵漏一次成功,处理井漏复杂时效较邻井显著降低;油基钻井液高效重复利用性能优良,既能使钻井成本得到降低,又能使安全环保风险得到有效控制。
The technical countermeasures of drilling fluid were proposed,and the multiple cooperation and strong plugging technology and elastic hole network plugging technology were introduced in view of the geological characteristics and drilling difficulties in Dingye 10 Well.The experimental evaluation and field application of efficient reuse of oil-based drilling fluid were carried out.The field application of drilling fluid in horizontal wells of Well Dingye 10 showed that the multiple synergy technology could significantly improve the plugging performance and enhance the effect of wellbore stability.The elastic hole network plugging technology had good plugging effect on the fractured leakage,and the plugging was successful once.The complex time effect of handling the lost circulation was significantly reduced compared with the adjacent wells.The oil-based drilling fluid had excellent performance of high efficiency and reuse?and the high efficiency and reusability of oil-based drilling fluid could not only reduce the drilling cost,but also effectively controled the safety and environmental protection risks.
