摘要
目前,均需要采用实物试组装的方法来验证输电塔中的零部件是否可以顺利组装为一个整体,耗资巨大。为此,本文首先利用激光雷达扫描输电塔中的零部件并采集其点云,然后利用机器视觉技术,识别其中的螺栓孔位置、多边形顶点等关键几何信息,并将该几何信息和三维模型进行对比,据此确定各个构件是否可以顺利安装。相对于目前正在使用的实物试组装的方法,该方法大幅度提高了输电塔试组装的效率和智能化水平。
Nowadays,the method of using physical trial assembly to verify whether the components in the transmission tower can be smoothly assembled into a whole is expensive.A digital assembly method based on machine vision is proposed in this paper.Firstly,use laser radar to scan the components in the transmission tower and collect their point clouds,secondly use machine vision technology to identify key geometric information including locations of bolt hole and polygon vertices,and then compare the geometric information with the3D model to determine whether each component can be assembled smoothly.Comparing to the current physical trial assembly,this machine vision based digital assembly method significantly improves the efficiency and intelligence level of transmission tower trial assembly.
