摘要
结合现行设计规范最新要求,以某实际工程隧道出口处的桥梁混凝土护栏及路基波形梁护栏为例,提出隧道出口护栏安全设置方案,并采用计算机仿真模拟方法针对护栏设置优化前后提升效果进行了对比。其中混凝土护栏优化设置前后,均经过1.5t小客车100km/h、18t大客车80km/h和33t大货车60km/h以20°角碰撞模拟分析。波形梁护栏优化设置前后,均经1.5t小客车100km/h、10t中型客车60km/h和10t中型货车60km/h以20°角碰撞模拟分析。结果表明:优化前,3种车型碰撞混凝土护栏和波形梁护栏后均未能成功导出,车辆在护栏端头位置发生绊阻,车头受到挤压发生变形,严重威胁到车内乘员安全;优化后,混凝土护栏和波形梁护栏两种方案均能够有效削减车辆正面碰撞护栏端头的风险,实现良好防护,分别达到了护栏设计防护等级SS级和A级。研究为隧道出口处护栏安全设置提供了参考。
Taking the concrete bridge barrier and the subgrade w-beam barrier at the tunnel exit of practical engineering as examples,the barrier security setting schemes at the tunnel exit were put forward according to the latest requirements of current design specifications.The computer simulation method was used to compare the enhancing effect of the barrier settings before and after the optimization.The simulated collision of concrete guardrail including a car weighing 1.5t at a speed of 100km/h,a bus weighing 18t at a speed of 80km/h and a truck weighing 33t at a speed of 60km/h with the impact angle 20°.And the simulated collision of corrugated beam guardrail including a car weighing 1.5t at a speed of 100km/h,a medium bus weighing 10t at a speed of60km/h and a medium truck weighing 10t at a speed of 60km/h with the impact angle 20°.The results showed that the vehicles fail to export after colliding with the concrete barrier and the w-beam barrier before optimization,and the vehicles were tripped at the end of the barriers,and the front of the vehicles were extruded and deformed,which threatens the safety of passengers in the vehicle seriously.After optimization,both the concrete barrier scheme and the w-beam barrier scheme can reduce the risk of vehicle frontal collision with the end of barrier and achieve effective protection,reaching SS and A design protection level respectively.The study can provide a reference for safety setting of the barrier at the exit of tunnels.
