摘要 高职院校招生考试制度改革的持续推进,出现了高职学校的生源结构多样化、入学层次多元化和学生知识结构差异化的现状。为满足学生差异发展、多样成才的需要,促进持续创新人才培养理念、改革人才培养模式,创设适合学生的教育,不断激发学生学习的主动性、创造性,实现“就业有优势、升学有基础、创业有本领,发展有后劲”的多元人才培养目标,学校以高水平专业群建设为依托,以打造技术技能人才培养高地为平台,积极探索分类培养分层教学改革与实践。 With the continuous advancement of the reform of the admissions examination system in higher vocational colleges,there has been a diversification of the student source structure,the diversity of enrollment levels and the differentiation of students′knowledge structure in higher vocational colleges.In order to meet the needs of students′differentiated development and diverse talents,promote continuous innovation of talent training concepts,reform talent training models,create education suitable for students,and constantly stimulate students′initiative and creativity in learning and achieve the talent training objectives,the college relies on the construction of high-level professional groups,builds a platform for technical and skilled personnel training,and actively explores the reform and practice of classified training and hierarchical teaching.
