Follow“the Mass Line”in Promoting Chinese Culture on the New Media

摘要 在新媒体平台进行对外文化传播工作应该以国内大众为传播主体,以海外大众为主要传播对象。为此,我们要善于运用大众喜闻乐见的形式传播文化,激发大众的对外文化传播热情,坚持正确的舆论导向,同时要“请进来”和“走出去”并举,并依法进行网络监管。 "The Mass Line"should be followed in the international Chinese cultural communication through new media.And we have the conditions to follow"the Mass Line".Thus,we need to apply the forms that the foreign mass like to carry out the cultural exchange,deepen the thematic learning of"Stay True to Our Mission",promote the media literacy of the government officials,stimulate the mass′passion to communicate Chinese culture,keep the right atmosphere of mass media,and take the"opening-door"policy to new media.Thus,we will achieve a great success of Chinese cultural communication.
