高等教育视域下积极主义教育的理论建构

The Theoretical Construction of Positive Education in the Context of Higher Education

全面建设社会主义现代化国家前途光明、任重道远。深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略,加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国,充分发挥教育、科技、人才在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中的基础性、战略性支撑作用,扎实推动我国高等教育沿着“四个服务”正确方向高质量发展,切实肩负起服务中华民族伟大复兴的重要使命,迫切需要高等教育理论与实践的不断创新。结合中外高等教育发展实际,论文主张以积极主义教育理念与行动来应对各种挑战,并尝试阐释积极主义教育理论建构的现实意义、理论与实践基础及其架构雏形等,旨在进一步丰富具有中国化时代化特色的高等教育理论体系,助力推进高等教育发展提质创新,服务办好让党放心、不负人民的高等教育。

There is still a long way to go before a modern socialist country can be built, but the future is promising. To implement the strategy of invigorating China through science and education, the strategy of strengthening China through human resource development, and innovation-driven development strategy, to accelerate the construction of a strong country in education, science and technology and talents, to give full play to the fundamental and strategic role of education, science and technology and talents in the new journey of building a modern socialist country, to promote the high-quality development of China’s higher education under the guidance of “four services”, and to effectively take up the important mission of serving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, there is an urgent need for continuous innovation in the theory and practice of higher education. Combining the actual development of higher education in China and abroad, the thesis advocates the concept and action of positivist education to meet various challenges, and attempts to explain the practical significance, theoretical and practical basis and the prototype of positivist education theory, with the aim of further enriching the theoretical system of higher education with Chinese and contemporary characteristics, promoting the quality and innovation of higher education development, and serving to run a higher education that reassures the Party and lives up to the people.
