采空区大体积尾砂充填水患及防治策略

摘要 随着绿色矿山建设工作顺利开展,矿山选厂或尾矿库中的尾砂被输运至井下采场或采空区进行充填处置。然而,充填体脱水过程中一旦发生涌水事故,将造成巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失,因此对充填区域的涌水灾害进行预防显得尤为重要。对大体积充填工艺流程进行了系统分析,总结出诱发充填区水患的主要因素,包括封堵工程不严、滤水设备失效、空区地质不良和排水设计不当等,并针对不同的水患场景给出了相应的防治策略。将提出的防治策略应用于因民铜矿采空区充填实践中,取得了良好的水患预防效果,为矿山充填安全设施设计提供参考。 In response to the development requirements of the green mine,tailings deposited on the surface of the mine are transported to underground mining areas for filling disposal.However,once a water gushing accident occurs in the process of filling dehydration,it will cause huge casualties and property losses.Therefore,it is particularly important to prevent the water gushing disaster in the filling area.This paper presents a systematic analysis of the large volume tailings filling process in mines and summarizes the main factors that induce flooding in the filling area,including poor plugging works,failure of water filtration equipment,poor geological conditions in the goaf,and improper drainage design.Furthermore,the corresponding prevention and control strategies for different flooding scenarios are given.Lastly,the proposed management approach was applied to the practice of tailings filling in a mine goaf,and a good effect of water damage prevention was achieved,which provides a reference for the design of tailings filling safety facilities.
