摘要
多宝山铜矿是我国大型低品位铜钼矿山,为了进一步降低浮选尾矿品位、提高金属回收率设计了尾矿再选试验。实际生产中扫选矿浆pH值对比入浮矿浆下降0.3。为了提高尾矿再选的回收率,在尾矿再选过程中添加石灰,提高尾矿再选的矿浆pH值。以扫选最终尾矿为研究对象,通过添加石灰调节矿浆pH值,试验结果表明,当黄药用量20 g/t,尾矿再选矿浆pH值为10时,回收率取得最佳结果。只以丁基黄药作为捕收剂、pH值为10的条件下精矿品位对比入浮原样品位下降0.024个百分点。根据试验结果在生产现场扫三添加石灰,随着石灰用量的增加,矿浆pH值逐渐升高至入浮矿浆pH值,继续增加石灰用量,泡沫层厚度增加明显,流动性变差,尾矿指标变差。根据实际生产情况,当调整扫选pH值与入浮矿浆pH值基本保持一致时,扫选精矿产率对比未添加石灰提高0.95个百分点,扫三回收率提高3.02个百分点,最终尾矿品位降低0.002个百分点。试验结果与生产实践表明,提高扫选过程矿浆pH值有利于金属回收率的增加。
Duobaoshan Copper Mine is a large low-grade copper molybdenum mine in China.In order to further reduce the flotation tailings grade and improve the metal recovery,tailings re concentration tests were designed.In actual production,the pH value of scavenging pulp decreases by 0.3 compared with that of floating pulp.In order to improve the recovery rate of tailings re concentration,lime is added in the process to improve the pH value of pulp.Taking the final tailings from scavenging as the research object,the pH value of the slurry is adjusted by adding lime.The test results show that the best recovery rate is obtained when the dosage of xanthate is 20 g/t and the pH value of the slurry from tailings re concentration is 10.With butyl xanthate as the collector at pH of 10,the concentrate grade decreased by 0.024 percentage points compared with the original flotation sample.According to the test results,add lime to the production site by sweeping three times.With the increase of lime consumption,the pH value of slurry gradually rizes to the pH value of floating slurry.If the lime consumption continues to increase,the thickness of foam layer will increase significantly,the fluidity becomes worse,and the tailings index becomes worse.According to the actual production situation,when the pH value of scavenging is adjusted to be basically consistent with the pH value of the flotation slurry,the concentrate yield of scavenging is increased by 0.95 percentage points compared with that without adding lime,the recovery rate of scavenging is increased by 3.02 percentage points,and the final tailings grade is decreased by 0.002 percentage points.The test results and production practice show that increasing the pH value of slurry in the scavenging process is beneficial to increase the metal recovery.
