摘要
新疆和田某含银铅混合矿,矿石中主要银矿物包括自然银和硫化银,以及部分被铁包裹的银矿物;主要铅矿物为白铅矿、铅矾,少量方铅矿,铅氧化程度高,氧化铅与褐铁矿之间、银矿物与铅矿物及褐铁矿之间嵌布关系复杂。针对该矿的矿石性质,开展条件试验后,确定在磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量占85%的条件下,采用硫化矿优先浮选—氧化矿硫化浮选工艺流程回收该矿石中的银和铅,硫化矿浮选段经过一次粗选、两次精选获得硫化矿铅银混合精矿A,含铅62.13%、铅回收率18.04%,含银16863.68 g/t、银回收率65.99%;氧化矿硫化浮选后获得氧化铅精矿B,铅品位57.14%、铅回收率36.39%,其中含银2679.69 g/t、银回收率23.00%。总精矿铅品位为58.70%、铅回收率54.42%,银品位7121.33 g/t、银回收率88.99%。选矿指标良好,可为该类型资源的高效综合利用提供技术借鉴。
The main silver minerals of a mixed ore containing silver and lead in Hotan,Xinjiang include natural silver,silver sulfide and some silver minerals wrapped by iron.The main lead minerals are galena,lead alum,and a small amount of galena.The degree of lead oxidation is high.The embedded relationship between lead oxide and limonites,silver minerals and lead minerals and limonite is complex.According to the ore properties of the ore,after carrying out the condition test,it was determined that under the condition that the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounted for 85%,the silver and lead in the ore were recovered by the sulfide ore preferential flotation oxidation ore sulfide flotation process flow.The sulfide ore flotation section was subjected to one roughing and two cleanings to obtain sulfide ore lead silver mixed concentrate A,containing 62.13%lead,18.04%lead recovery,16863.68 g/t silver recovery,65.99%silver recovery.After sulfide flotation of oxidized ore,lead oxide concentrate B is obtained,with lead grade of 57.14%and lead recovery of 36.39%,including silver content of 2679.69 g/t and silver recovery of 23.00%.The lead grade of the total concentrate is 58.70%,the lead recovery rate is 54.42%,the silver grade is 7121.33 g/t,and the silver recovery rate is 88.99%.The beneficiation index is good,which can provide technical reference for the efficient and comprehensive utilization of this type of resources.
