蛇纹石型红土镍矿中镍的赋存特征

摘要 某蛇纹石型红土镍矿镍品位为1.34%。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及矿物自动分析仪(AMICS)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析,结合化学分析手段对矿石中镍的赋存特征进行系统研究。结果表明:矿石中的镍有24.50%以独立矿物如硅镁镍矿、锰镍钴矿和锰镍矿形式存在,分别占总镍的19.06%、2.46%和2.98%;其它镍分散于褐铁矿、硅铁氧化物胶体、绿高岭石和蛇纹石中,分别占总镍的37.38%、17.12%、13.85%和7.15%。 The nickel content in a serpentine laterite nickel ore is 1.34%.The occurrence characteristics of nickel in ores were studied in detail by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and automatic mineral analyzer(AMICS),combined with chemical analysis,chemical phase analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis of samples.The results show that 24.50%of the nickel in the ore exists in the form of independent minerals,such as silenite,manganese nickel cobalt ore and manganese nickel ore,which account for 19.06%,2.46%and 2.98%of the total nickel respectively;Other nickel is dispersed in limonite,ferrosilicon oxide colloid,green kaolinite and serpentine,accounting for 37.38%,17.12%,13.85%and 7.15%of total nickel respectively.Nickel in serpentine laterite nickel ore is distributed dispersedly and cannot be recovered by beneficiation.It is suggested to recover nickel in ore by metallurgy.
