南梁选煤厂降低介耗的探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 南梁选煤厂在扩能改造过程中出现重介质分选系统介耗偏高的问题,从原煤煤质、工艺流程、设备等方面进行原因分析,发现块煤选前脱泥效果差、预脱介固定筛窜介、产品脱介筛上物料过厚、精煤离心机跑粗、磁选机选型能力不足、循环水浓度高是引起介耗高的主要原因。通过采取优化原煤分级脱泥筛脱泥方式等针对性改造措施,有效提高了原煤分级脱泥筛筛分效率、脱介筛脱介效果、磁选机的回收效果和煤泥水沉降效果等,从而实现了对介质系统的升级改造,取得了显著效果,吨煤介耗由之前的1.57 kg降低为0.95 kg,每年可节约155万元,大大降低了生产成本,并为选煤厂后期的高效、稳定生产奠定了坚实基础。 In the process of capacity expansion and transformation ofNanliang Coal Preparation Plant,the medium consumption of the heavy medium separation system is on the high side.Based on the analysis of the causes of the raw coal quality,process flow,equipment and other aspects,it is found that the poor desliming effect before the lump coal separation,the fixed screen for pre desliming,the material on the product desliming screen is too thick,the cleaned coal centrifuge runs coarse,the magnetic separator is not capable of selecting the type,and the high concentration of circulating water are the main reasons for the high medium consumption.By taking targeted transformation measures such as optimizing the desliming method of the raw coal grading desliming screen,the screening efficiency of the raw coal grading desliming screen,the effect of the desliming screen,the recovery effect of the magnetic separator,and the settling effect of the slime water have been effectively improved,thus realizing the upgrading and transformation of the media system,and achieving remarkable results.The media consumption per ton of coal has been reduced from 1.57 kg to 0.95 kg,saving 1.55 million yuan annually,and greatly reducing the production cost,It has laid a solid foundation for high efficiency and stable production in the later period of the coal preparation plant.
