灵新矿高含粉化工用煤干法分选可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于灵新矿原煤易泥化的特点采用ZM矿物高效分选机进行干法分选提质。分析了灵新矿原煤粒度与灰分分布规律,对-50mm原煤进行了分选试验,根据不同粒级煤炭分选过程中的迁移、分层规律,确定了入选原煤粒度组成结构与最佳分选条件。结果表明,灵新矿原煤中粉煤含量大、灰分高,由于其重力效应弱,运动行为受分选床气速影响显著。当分选床气速达到2.2m/s时,气流驱动煤炭颗粒完全松散,在振动作用下翻转、滑移,实现梯级分离。当-50mm入选原煤中-3mm粉煤含量宜控制在15%左右时,粉煤颗粒容易流化,可以起到填充孔隙、均匀布风、强化分选的作用。原煤3mm脱粉后分选,精煤灰分相较于原煤灰分降低17.37%,干选降灰提质效果显著,得到满足化工煤要求的优质精煤。 Based on the characteristics of raw coal easy to be slimed in Lingxin Mine,ZM mineral high efficiency separator is used for dry separation and upgrading.The particle size and ash distribution of raw coal in Lingxin Coal Mine are analyzed,and the separation test of-50 mm raw coal is carried out.According to the migration and layering rules in the separation process of different particle sizes of coal,the particle size composition and the best separation conditions of the selected raw coal are determined.The results show that the content of fine coal in Lingxin raw coal is large and the ash content is high.Because of its weak gravity effect,the movement behavior is significantly affected by the gas velocity of the separation bed.When the gas velocity of the separation bed reaches 2.2 m/s,the coal particles driven by the air flow are completely loose,overturn and slide under the vibration,and realize the cascade separation.When the content of-3 mm fine coal in-50 mm raw coal should be controlled at about 15%,the fine coal particles are easy to fluidize,which can play a role in filling pores,evenly distributing air and strengthening separation.After 3 mm raw coal is pulverized,the ash content of cleaned coal is 17.37% lower than that of raw coal ash.The effect of dry separation on ash reduction and quality improvement is significant,and high-quality clean coal meeting the requirements of chemical coal is obtained.
