摘要 结合李楼煤业选煤厂的浮选工艺和设备现状,通过对中矸磁尾旋流器溢流进行分离,降低浮选入料矿浆灰分的同时,将一次浮选工艺改为二次浮选工艺。生产实践表明,浮选系统改造后,系统灵活性大幅度增加,浮选指标更易控制,生产成本大幅度降低,浮选精煤产率提高约1%,增加了企业的经济效益。 Based on the flotation process and equipment status of Lilou coal preparation plant,the ash content of flotation feed slurry is reduced by the separation of the overflow of the gangue slime hydro-cyclone from medium coal slurry,the primary flotation process is changed to the secondary flotation process.The practical results show that:after the transformation of the flotation system,the flexibility of the system is greatly increased,the flotation index is easier to control,the manufacture consume is greatly reduced,the flotation refined coal yield is increased by about 1%,and the economic benefit of the enterprise is increased.
