摘要
为降低选煤生产介耗,实现提质、降本、增效的目的,东露天选煤厂从介质技术损失和管理损失两方面入手,采取了一系列降介措施:减少入洗原煤煤泥含量、保持悬浮液的稳定性;优化原煤分级筛下层喷水,将原煤脱泥筛下层筛筛前末煤下料溜槽改成固定筛;改善脱介筛的工作效果,提高磁铁矿回收率,将末煤脱介弧形筛改高效固定筛,磁选机滚筒上加装清扫皮;严格控制入厂磁铁矿粉质量;防止重介系统跑冒滴漏等。改造后有效降低了重介系统介耗。
In order to reduce the medium consumption of coal preparation production and achieve the purpose of improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,Donglutian Coal Preparation Plant starts from two aspects of medium technical loss and management loss.The plant has reduced the medium consumption of the heavy medium system and achieved good results by taking measures including reducing the content of raw coal slime,maintaining the stability of the suspension,optimizing the process of raw coal grading screen two-layer water spray,changing the lower sieve chute of the raw coal desliming screen to a fixed screen,improving the work of the medium drainage screen to improve the recovery rate of magnetite,changing the de-medium curved screen to a high-efficiency fixed screen,installing a cleaning skin on the drum of the magnetic separator,strictly controlling the quality of incoming magnetite powder and preventing dripping and leakage of the heavy medium system.
