摘要
煤对CO_(2)化学反应性是煤的一个气化指标,是研究煤气化、燃烧技术的手段之一。煤对CO_(2)化学反应性的测定是依据国家标准GB/T 220—2018,但该标准中煤对CO_(2)反应后气体的测定方法写得比较粗略,可操作性不强。以无烟煤和烟煤为试验样品,在一定的气相色谱法工作条件下,研究了煤样分别在800℃、850℃、900℃、950℃、1 000℃、1 050℃和1 100℃对CO_(2)化学反应性的精密度,比较了气相色谱法与奥氏气体分析法的检测结果。结果表明,气相色谱法测定煤对CO_(2)反应性的精密度符合GB/T 220—2018的要求;同一个温度点,采用气相色谱法与奥氏气体分析法的测定结果无显著性偏倚。
The chemical reactivity of coal to carbon dioxide is a gasification index of coal,and is one of the means to study coal gasification and combustion technology.The determination of the chemical reactivity of coal to carbon dioxide is based on the national standard GB/T220-2018,but the determination method of coal to the gas after carbon dioxide reaction in this standard is sketchy,and the operability is not work.In this test,anthracite and bituminous coal are taken as test samples,and certain working conditions of gas chromatography are sampled to study the precision of coal samples on chemical reactivity of carbon dioxide at 800 ℃,850 ℃,900 ℃,950 ℃,1 000 ℃,1 050 ℃ and 1 100 ℃.The detection results of gas chromatography and Ostwaldgas analysis are compared.The results show that the precision of the determination of coal reactivity to carbon dioxide by gas chromatography meets the requirements of GB/T220-2018;At the same temperature point,there is no significant bias between the results of gas chromatography and Ostwald gas analysis.
